 Project Profiles Following is a brief description of only a few of LEI’s recently completed or current design projects within California. Our involvement in these projects highlights our experience in providing design services for a full range of project improvements. Our commitment to providing services that are on time and within budget is reflected by the fact that many of LEI’s projects are completed with repeat clients.  Project Name: Madera County Sheriff and Fire Station – Oakhurst, Ca Client: County of Madera Site Work Cost: $1,500,000 Land Use Type: Public Works  LEI provided design services for development of a County sheriff and fire station
on approximately 7-acres of land located in Oakhurst, Ca. Services consisted of
preparation of site grading and drainage plans, storm water study, design of 48-
inch double box culvert, on-site utility piping design, preparation of 2,300 lf of
off-site street improvements, and design for a sanitary sewer jacked and bored crossing of SR 49. Project Name: Fresno Redevelopment Agency – Parking Lot #3 Expansion Client: Fresno RDA Site Work Cost: $300,000 Land Use Type: Parking Facilities  LEI provided topographic and boundary surveying, planning services, and site plan design
for rehabilitation and expansion of an existing 270 stall City operated parking lot facility in
Fresno. Services consisted of surveying, preliminary planning and City design meetings,
parking lot layout with vehicle turning analysis and City entitlement processing for
rehabilitation and expansion of an existing City operated (RDA owned) parking lot. Upon
approval project entitlements the project will move to design and construction of the new
parking facility.Project Name: Fresno Redevelopment Agency – “Historic Building Resources” Client: Fresno RDA Site Work Cost: $250,000 Land Use Type: Mixed Use LEI provided topographic and boundary surveying, planning, and site plan design for reuse of historical residential buildings for mixed use purposes which are to be relocated from the “Old Armenia Town” section of downtown Fresno, CA. Service consisted of surveying, site layout, planning, building relocation coordination and roof and structural design for the 5 historical buildings. Project Name: Fresno Housing Authority – “Yosemite Villages” – Fresno, Ca Client: Fresno Housing Authority Site Work Cost: $300,000 Land Use Type: Multi-Family Residential LEI provided design services for the expansion on an existing 70 unit low-income Housing Authority residential complex within Fresno, CA. Services consisted of grading, drainage, site water and sewer design, water model, design team coordination and construction phase services. Project Name: Fresno Redevelopment Agency –Temporary Parking Lot Client: Fresno RDA Site Work Cost: $50,000 Land Use Type: Facilities  LEI provided design and construction management services for
rehabilitation of an existing vacant parcel owned by RDA located at
Van Ness Ave and Inyo Ave in downtown Fresno, Ca. Services
consisted of grading and drainage design, plan preparation and
processing, RFI and construction management of the parking
facility.Project Name: Fresno Irrigation District – Radin Kamp No. 130 – Fresno, Ca Client: Vantage Development, LLC Site Work Cost: $100,000 Land Use Type: Irrigation  LEI provided design services for design of a irrigation pipeline for
Fresno Irrigation District in association with a commercial
development. Services consisted of design for approximately
1,200 lf of 30” RCP irrigation pipeline, coordination and easement
processing.Project Name: City of Clovis – Nees & Clovis Avenue Intersection – Clovis, Ca Client: City of Clovis Site Work Cost: $250,000 Land Use Type: Street Intersection & Signal  LEI provided design services and bid documents for street
intersection and signal improvements at Clovis & Nees Avenue.
Services consisted on intersection layout, ADA compliance,
coordination with underground utilities, street improvements and
new traffic signal.Project Name: Lost Hills Commercial Center – Coalinga, Ca Owner: Platinum Land Company, LLC Site Work Cost: $2,000,000 Land Use Type: Office and Retail  LEI provided design services for development of a 13-acre parcel with 5
buildings for office and retail use located in Coalinga, Ca. Services
consisted of preparation of site grading and drainage plans, site water
and sanitary sewer piping. Additionally, design services included preparation of plans for extension of 600 lf
of off-site street improvements with storm, sewer and water infrastructure.Project Name: The Courtyard at Skypark – Fresno, Ca Owner: Vantage Development Group, LLC Site Work Cost: $1,800,000 Land Use Type: Office and Retail  LEI provided design services for development of a 7-acre parcel with 13
buildings for office and retail use located near Herndon & Blythe
Avenue in Fresno, Ca. Services consisted of preparation of site
grading and drainage plans, site water and sanitary sewer piping.
Additionally, design services included preparation of plans for off-site
median island and turn-pocket improvements and for 1,200 lf of 30-inch diameter storm drainage pipeline
for Fresno Flood Control District pipeline which was routed through the development.Project Name: Tract 5758 Lost Hills Ranch Subdivision – Coalinga, Ca Owner: Merced Avenue, LLC Site Work Cost: $6,000,000 Land Use Type: Single Family Residential  LEI provided tentative mapping and subdivision design services
for development of a 320-acre parcel for 91 lot - 2 to 5 acre
single family equestrian ranchette subdivision in Coalinga, Ca.
The project consisted of design for 4-miles of equestrian riding
trails, a 12-acre community arena and recreational center, a
1,200 gpm subdivision irrigation distribution system, a 1-acre irrigation pond with booster pump station and
a 1,500 gpm irrigation water well. Additionally, LEI provided design for 1.5-miles of off-site street and water
infrastructure improvements around the perimeter of the property.Project Name: Golden Palace Banquet Hall – Fresno, Ca Owner: Jasbinder Singh Site Work Cost: $500,000 Land Use Type: Commercial  LEI provided design services for rehabilitation of an existing
skating rink on a 3-acre parcel for conversion to a 1200 occupant
banquet hall located at Clinton and Hwy 99 in Fresno, Ca.
Services consisted of preparation of site grading and drainage
plans, storm water basin design, and site water and sanitary
sewer piping. Additionally, design services included preparation
of grading and drainage plans for a satellite valet parking lot
located next to the facility.Project Name: West McKinley Assembly of God Church – Fresno, Ca Owner: West McKinley Assembly of God Church Site Work Cost: $650,000 Land Use Type: Church  LEI provided design services for the 5-acre church and parking lot
expansion located at McKinley and Marks Avenues in Fresno, Ca.
Services consisted of preparation of site grading and drainage plans,
storm water basin design, and site water and sanitary sewer piping.
Additionally, design services included preparation of preliminary design
for off-site future street and intersection improvements.Project Name: Donald P. Dick (Mr. Cool) Facility – Fresno, Ca Owner: Mr. Cool Heating and Cooling Site Work Cost: $250,000 Land Use Type: Industrial  LEI provided design services for development of a 2-acre parcel with 2
buildings for light industrial use located near Maple and Floradora
Avenues in Fresno, Ca. Services consisted of preparation of site grading
and drainage plans, vehicle wash rack and oil/water separator, and site
water and sanitary sewer piping. Additionally, design services included
preparation of 500 lf of off-site street improvements to serve the facility.Project Name: Subdivision Mapping – (Various Locations) Owner: N/A Land Use Type: Tentative Maps - Single Family Residential LEI provided design services for preparation of tentative subdivision maps for several parcels located throughout the State of California. Services consisted of preparation of the subdivision layout, on-site storm water hydrology reports, and processing of plans through the Planning Commission and City Council.
